Kazagashira Park Cherry Blossom Festival (カザガシラコウエンサクラマツリ)
A park with a great view and a bronze statue of Ryoma Sakamoto can be seen. Every year, the "Kazagashira Park Cherry Blossom Festival" is held with 350 Someiyoshino cherry trees lit with paper lanterns.

Located 3 kilometers east of Nagasaki Station, the park is situated on the 151.9 meter-high Mt. Kazagashira and is well known to citizens as a place for flying kites.
There is a bronze statue of Ryoma Sakamoto, and the view from the park is very spectacular.
It is also known for its flowers, with cherry blossoms in spring and hydrangeas in early summer. In spring, the "Kazagashira Park Cherry Blossom Festival" is held every year with 350 Someiyoshino cherry trees lit with paper lanterns. During the festival, bazaars and karaoke contests are also held.
