※Please say your name, phone number or other contact info, and the number of bicycles you would like to use. When using a FAX we will call you to confirm the reservation.

■Rental procedures
①Confirm the application content and sign　⇒　②Show identification　⇒　③Payment　⇒　④Rental

■Returning procedures
①Returning the bicycle　⇒　②Calculation of any extension fees　⇒　③Confirmation and signature
※Please be sure to return any bicycle before 5pm. (In the case of a half-day or single day rental)
※When you need to extend your rental period, please be certain to contact where you rented from. (There will be a separate extension fee)

■Changing your reservation details
Please contact us the day before rental at latest if you want to change any reservation details (such as when you want to rent). 
In you would like to cancel please let us know the day before rental at latest.

■In case of bad weather
Please be aware that there may be cancellation of reservations due to rain, violent wind and other weather conditions.
In case of bad weather there will be no cancellation fee. However, please be sure to contact us.
If you do not contact us there will be a cancellation fee.

■Other
Besides what is written above, cancellation fees cost 1,000 yen.
※In the case of natural disaster, or some other irresistible force that prevents you from using the bicycle, and/or from returning the bicycle, please immediately contact our head office（TEL　0920-47-3700）. 

■Warning
When renting please bring an official form of identification (insurance card, driver’s license, student ID, etc.) along with your cellphone. We cannot rent out to those who do not have both of these items.
Minors (excluding elementary and middle school students and including all minors high school age and older) must have a guardian’s approval in order to rent.
On the day of renting if a minor is unaccompanied by a guardian, the staff will call the minor’s guardian for confirmation when lending the bicycle(s). Please keep this in mind as you register. 
※If the guardian’s confirmation cannot be received we cannot lend the bicycle(s).
