Kankoro is a popular dish in Goto made from slicing sweet potatoes and then frying and drying them. Combined with mochi, it becomes a traditional snack of Kamigoto: Kankoro Mochi.
In this workshop, you can prepare it the traditional way—with a mallet and stone mortar. Only healthy mochi without any additives or preservatives are used.
The kankoro mochi you make can be brought home with you or kept as a gift / souvenir.
