Memorial Hall for the Atomic Bomb Victims (コクリツナガサキゲンバクシボツシャツイトウヘイワキネンカン)

Opened July 6, 2003, this hall serves as a memorial to those lost to the atomic bomb and as a place to pass along testimonies of those who survived to the next generation. Around 70,000 lights are lit up at night to represent those who died in Nagasaki by December of 1945.
