Morikirara, a zoo and botanical garden located on a hill overlooking the Kujukushima Islands, is themed around the nature and healing beauty of Kujukushima. Visitors can enjoy watching adorable animals living in the garden, surrounded by seasonal flowers and trees. The spacious park is home to various animals such as giraffes, bears, and red pandas. Additionally, subtropical plants and seasonal flowers, including roses, bloom throughout the year. There are also interactive events where visitors can get up close with the animals, making it a great destination for families.

One of the park's main attractions is the "Penguin Tank," such as Japan's largest ceiling tank at 80 square meters, a deep tank of 4 meters depth  and Japan's first tank where you can observe the soles of the penguins' feet. Since the tanks are open-topped, you can look up from the first-floor hall and see the penguins swimming as if they are flying through the blue sky on sunny days.

Enjoy the "Penguin Tank," where you can observe the penguins from various angles, with views from the first to the third floors, offering a full 360-degree experience.
