Head seven kilometers past the entrance to Ryukanzan Lookout from Wakamatsu Port along the seaside road, and this modern church will reveal itself before you. Overlooking beautiful cobalt blue waters and surrounded in green mountains, this church sits in a quiet sanctuary for Christian faith. The church's white walls backed by the sky commands an air of solemnity. Although it can't be seen from the church's entrance, a statue of the Mother Mary stands overlooking passing boats on the rocky coast of the Wakamatsu Strait in front of the church.
